Clients are responsible for providing all required content, assets, approvals, and feedback necessary to complete a project.

Delays in communication, content submission, approvals, or requested revisions may affect delivery timelines.

7. Refund Policy

For service-based projects, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, contract, or service agreement.

For digital products, including templates, components, plugins, downloadable assets, and digital resources, all sales are generally final due to the nature of digital delivery.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law or where a product was not delivered as described.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access to products and services.

Other software providers and online services

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or functionality changes imposed by third-party providers.
